教師簡介

黃昭元教授，1984年國立臺灣大學法律學系畢業，1989年獲國立臺灣大學法學碩士，1988至1990年間曾任萬國法律事務所執業律師，其後取得美國哈佛大學法學院法學碩士(1991年)及法學博士(1995年)。現為國立臺灣大學法律系教授，專長領域為憲法及國際公法，教授科目有：憲法、比較憲法、國際公法、台灣法律地位、國際人權法等。
