  • Research Interests: My research focuses on family property, succession, trust law, and adult support systems. My scholarship in these areas has been grounded in doctrinal analysis and comparative legal studies. More recently, I have expanded my work to include empirical methods, legal analytics, and computational models for the study of legal reasoning, judicial practice, and institutional design.

I am a Professor of Law at National Taiwan University whose work bridges doctrinal legal scholarship, empirical methods, and artificial intelligence. My research focuses on family law, succession, and trusts, as well as computational approaches to legal decision-making. I also serve as Associate Editor of Artificial Intelligence and Law (Springer), with a strong commitment to advancing global dialogue at the intersection of law, data, and technology.
