
Lo Mao-wei
Mao-wei Lo
Introduction
Mao-wei Lo is an assistant professor at National Taiwan University College of Law. He earned his J.S.M. and J.S.D. from Stanford University School of Law in 2019 and 2024, respectively, and his LL.B and LL.M from National Taiwan University in 2012 and 2015. During his J.S.D. studies, he was appointed as a teaching fellow and lecturer in law at Stanford Law School. Before attending Stanford, he served as a senior legal officer at the Mainland Affairs Council, where he conducted legal and policy analysis regarding cross-strait affairs. Currently, his research interests include WTO law, international investment law, public international law, and empirical legal studies.

羅懋緯 助理教授
教師簡介
羅懋緯老師於2012年畢業於國立臺灣大學法律系財經法學組,畢業當年通過律師高考及公務人員高考三級法制類科,並進入國立臺灣大學法律學研究所國際法組就讀,嗣於2015年畢業取得法學碩士學位。羅懋緯老師自本校畢業後即於中華民國(臺灣)大陸委員會法政處任職,負責處理兩岸相關法律事務與協議執行之研究。2017年通過教育部公費留學考試(國際組織與國際法)後,於2019年取得美國史丹佛大學法學院法律科學碩士(JSM),並錄取該院法學博士學程(JSD),後於2024年取得美國史丹佛大學法學博士學位。曾任美國史丹佛大學法學院兼任講師及教員,後於2024年8月起任教於本校法律學院。目前主要的研究領域為國際經貿法、國際投資法、國際公法、兩岸關係相關法律,以及法律實證研究方法。
