M. Bob Kao is of counsel at Washington Group & Associates in Taipei, Taiwan. He has done research on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, shipping law, and insurance law in the United Kingdom and practiced housing and consumer law at non-profit organizations in California. Bob has degrees from Wesleyan University, University of California, Berkeley, and University College London.
