【講座】12/17 WTO暨國際衛生法研究中心 US Trade Policy Under Trump: A European Perspective

國立臺灣大學法律學院亞洲WTO暨國際衛生法研究中心將於113年12/17(二)上午10:00於本院霖澤館第一會議室舉辦講座，由瑞士伯恩大學世界貿易研究院副處長主講US Trade Policy Under Trump: A European Perspective，以歐洲觀點討論美國川普總統上任後的美國貿易政策及後續可能影響。講座將由臺灣大學法律學院楊岳平副教授主持，以英語進行，歡迎貿易法領域的學者、同學及相關產業人士參加，共同探討最新貿易發展議題。

The Asian Center for WTO and International Health Law and Policy, College of Law, National Taiwan University, warmly invites you to attend a seminar titled "US Trade Policy Under Trump: A European Perspective." This lecture will be delivered by Professor Manfred Elsig from the World Trade Institute (WTI), University of Bern, providing insights into U.S. trade policy under President Trump from a European viewpoint and its subsequent impacts.

The seminar will be hosted by Associate Professor Yueh-Ping Yang from the NTU College of Law and will be conducted in English. Scholars, students, and practitioners in international trade law are welcome to join us in exploring these crucial topics.

本院同學於第15屆國際人道法模擬法庭競賽取得優秀成績！

本院大學部及科法所同學，於上週末（11月23-24日）參與中華民國紅十字會與紅十字國際委員會（ICRC）共同舉辦的「第15屆國際人道法模擬法庭競賽」，取得優秀成績！

本院大學部的李若綺同學，獲得最佳辯士，本院科法所的黃綠綠同學，獲得傑出辯士。由二位辯士及大學部楊程棋同學共同撰寫的書狀，獲得最佳書狀!

雖於決賽惜敗未能取得冠軍而無法後續參與在香港舉辦的亞太區競賽，但獲得這次比賽的亞軍!

特別感謝去年參與比賽的大學部兩位同學：壹棋及佑丞，今年也擔任學生教練，協助指導同學參與比賽。
