本校法律學院亞洲WTO暨國際衛生法與政策研究中心與中華民國仲裁協會謹訂於112年10月24日至25日假政大公企中心7樓(台北市大安區金華街187號)，舉行「2023 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation 2023年臺北國際仲裁暨調解研討會」。

2023 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration and Mediation is co-hosted by Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) & Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy, College of Law, National Taiwan University (ACWH). The conference will be held on 24-25 October, 2023, at NCCU Center for Public and Business Administration Education (7th Floor, No. 187, Jinhua St., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 106) .
The conference will explore fundamental issues of international arbitration and mediation, and include presentations from reputable arbitrators, scholars, and lawyers from Europe, America, and Asia Pacific regions. 「世界貿易組織漁業補貼協定的永續設計與忠實執行」國際研討會(實體)開放報名
Asian Center for WTO and International Health Law and Policy (ACWH), College of Law, on behalf of National Taiwan University, was selected as a member of Phase III of the WTO Chairs Programme (WCP) in 2022. This program involves conducting in-depth research, teaching, and promoting WTO-related issues. ACWH will hold a one-and-half-day international academic conference at the International Conference Hall of the Tsai Lecture Hall, College of Law, National Taiwan University, on 18-19 September 2023. The conference will focus on the theme “The Architecture of the 2022 Fisheries Subsidies Agreement: Sustainability, Faithful Implementation, and Beyond” and invite experts, scholars, officials, and industry professionals from various countries to discuss the Fisheries Subsidies Agreement negotiated during the 12th WTO Ministerial Conference in 2022. The conference will be conducted in English.
This international conference is open for registration to domestic government, industry, and academic professionals in the field related to the Fisheries Subsidies Agreement.

國立臺灣大學法律學院亞洲WTO暨國際衛生法與政策研究中心代表國立臺灣大學獲得世界貿易組織(World Trade Organization, WTO)支持，於2022年獲選為WTO Chairs Programme (WCP)講座Phase III的成員，就WTO相關議題進行深入之研究、教學及推廣。本研究中心預計於2023年9月18日至19日於國立臺灣大學法律學院霖澤館國際會議廳舉行國際學術研討會，以The Architecture of the 2022 Fisheries Subsidies Agreement: Sustainability, Faithful Implementation and Beyond為主題，邀請各國專家學者、官員及產業界針對2022年WTO第12屆部長會議完成談判之漁業補貼協定進行討論。本研討會全程將以英文進行。

主旨：招募WTO中心兼任助理2~3名
公告單位：國立臺灣大學法律學院「亞洲WTO暨國際衛生法與政策研究中心」
說明：
一、 臺大法律學院「亞洲WTO暨國際衛生法與政策研究中心」（Asian Center for WTO and International Health Law and Policy，以下簡稱「本中心」）目前的主要工作如下：
- 執行世界貿易組織（World Trade Organization, WTO）委託本研究中心的WTO Chairs Programme研究計畫。
- 出版Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy（AJWH）及Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal（CAAJ）兩份英文法律期刊。AJWH為收錄於SSCI（社會科學引文索引，Social Science Citation Index）的期刊；CAAJ為收錄於ESCI（新興資源引文索引資料庫，Emerging Sources Citation Index）。
- 辦理研討會、專題演講或座談會。
- 接待國內外訪賓。
- 承接相關研究計畫。
二、 招募對象
具相當英文能力、團隊合作能力佳者。
三、 薪資
8,000元/月。
四、 工作內容
（一） 協助執行WTO Chairs Programme研究計畫。
（二） 擔任期刊編輯。表現優良者，有機會擔任期刊主編。
（三） 支援本中心有關各項活動。
（四） 其他交辦事項。
