「證券交易法第20條之1比例責任制之探討」圓桌論壇，由公益信託民商法研究基金、國立臺灣大學法律學院商事法學研究中心及民事法學研究中心共同主辦，並由國際通商法律事務所、財團法人吳舜文工商發展策進會等單位協辦，於103年6月16日（星期一）上午9時至12時，假國立臺灣大學法律學院第一會議室舉行，就「證券交易法第 20 條之 1 比例責任制之計算方式」及「和解對於比例責任制之影響」等重要議題，從民事法及商事法雙方的觀點進行討論。

本活動由國立臺灣大學法律學院詹森林教授擔任主持人，並邀請國立政治大學法學院方嘉麟教授、朱德芳教授，國際通商法律事務所盧柏岑律師，與本院陳聰富教授、曾宛如教授擔任與談人，活動當日亦有最高法院林大洋法官及關注此項議題的律師與會，透過圓桌會議的形式共同討論交換意見，以促進學術與實務界對於比例責任制的相關議題能更深入的交流溝通。

Proportional Liability in Article 20-1 of the Securities Exchange Act Forum

Co-organized by NTU Civil Law Center, Commercial Law Center and other entities, this forum focuses on the calculation method and the influence of private settlement in cases regarding to Article 20-1 of Taiwan Securities Exchange Act.

2014 NTU Commercial Law Forum: Cross Straight Corporation Social Responsibility Practice

This forum invited scholars from Taiwan and P.R.C. to share research results on Corporation Social Responsibility practices from both countries and discuss with the future development of such responsibility.

2014 International Conference on Issues Related to “Payment, Settlement and Clearing”

Organized by Korean Financial Law Association (KOFIA), this conference mainly focuses on recent issues in financial trading, such as the newly developed “electronic payment” method and its regulations. Over forty scholars, including members of KOFIA and NTU Commercial Law Center, and representatives from Taiwan Depositary and Cleaning Corporation (TDCC) attended this conference, to exchange different views on related topics. 

韓國金融法學會（Korean Financial Law Associasion）為韓國最大之金融學界的學術組織，其成員包括韓國首爾大學、高麗大學、延世大學及其他大學之重量級金融法學者，其理事長現為成均館大學之教授。該學會近幾年來皆於海外舉辦研討會，2014年則來台於本院舉行國際學術研討會，以金融交易為主要討論核心，由本中心曾宛如老師、王文宇老師、陳自強老師、邵慶平老師等，與韓國金融法學會共40位學者進行討論，並邀請臺灣集中保管結算所（TDCC）之實務人士列席與會。 我國眼前正積極發展第三方支付，亦即一種電子金融交易的模式，其所能締造之商機無限，但因與銀行之規範有關，故目前仍在努力中。透過此次研討會，就兩國當前企業暨金融法制之現況與重點議題，特別是電子金融交易之安全性，與韓國金融法學會進行深度討論，增進國內對於韓國金融法制的認識，並以韓國當前的相關議題作為國內法規修訂及適用上的參考。

沿革

商事法學中心之前身原為民商事法學中心之一部分。民商事法學中心於2006年4月11日依據法律學院研究中心組織辦法之規定，由民事法中心改制而成。中心致力於推動各項民、商事法國際間及校際間之交流活動，且不定期邀請日本、韓國、德國及英、美等各國學者來台進行演講等學術活動，藉此提供本院師生關注現今國際法律潮流脈動的一個管道。就國內學術及教學意見之交流，則不定期舉辦學術研究討論會及教學座談，期望提高民商事法學之學術研究水準及教學品質。

99學年度第1學期，有鑑於商事法不僅早已成為獨立學門，且領域日漸廣闊。經民商事法學中心開會決議，及99年10月13日第1次院務會議決議，將商事法自民商事法學中心獨立出來，並吸收既有之財經法學中心，成立商事法學中心，由商事法學中心延續原先民商事法學中心有關商法之研究與教學任務，並持續推動商法之國際學術交流及國內法律與實務之研究。

About

NTU Commercial Law Center was once a part of National Taiwan University College of Law Civil Law Center. Established in year 2000, NTU Civil Law Center was reorganized and renamed “NTU Civil and Business Law Center” in 2006. In 2010, the business law department was separated from Civil and Business Law Center. Joined with Financial Law Center, Commercial Law Center was then established.

The Center aims at promoting a variety of academic activities related to civil and business law issues. We invite scholars in Taiwan and from abroad to hold seminars and give speeches, providing our students and faculty with opportunities to communicate new ideas.

We hold monthly workshops to review court decisions in Taiwan, hoping to better combine academic opinions with legal practices.

Other activities that combine business practice and legal issues are also organized or co-organized by us, such as the annual Asia-Pacific Mergers & Acquisitions Model Competition.

The Center’s goal is to combine domestic and international business practices with academic research in commercial and civil law area, hoping to better educate and inspire our future legal professionals, as well as contribute to the development of Taiwanese commercial regulations in the long run.
