2012 NTU Law Review Student Note Competition Results Announced!

Last semester, National Taiwan University Law Review called for students to submit their English-written case notes on important judicial decisions of Taiwan and other East Asian countries. Now we are pleased to announce that there were a total of four submissions and the winner goes to:

First Prize: not awarded
Second Prize: two awarders

I. Mr. Hsiang-Yang Hsieh
J.S.D. Candidate, School of Law, Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A.
Title: Locating Information Privacy’s Values in a Democratic Society:  
     A Study on Information Privacy Jurisprudence of Taiwan’s
     Constitutional Court

II. Ms. Hui-Ling Hung
LL.M. Student, College of Law, National Taiwan University
Title: Discussions on Rights to Family: Analysis of the Lo-Sheng Case

The co-winners of the Second Prize will be awarded with honorarium of NT$ 15,000 and the awarded notes will be published on the coming issues of NTU Law Review. NTU Law Review Student Note Competition will be held continually by the end of this semester. We are encouraging all future submissions.
