Professor Ying-Hsin Tsai received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from NTU, a second Master of Laws from the University of Tokyo, and a Doctor of Laws from the University of Tokyo. Professor Tsai has practiced as a lawyer with commercial law as expertise. Her research has focused on corporate law, maritime law, payment systems, international business law, and the regulation of financial institutions. Professor Tsai is a widely published author of articles on corporate law and maritime law in both Chinese and Japanese.
