Professor Shu-Huan Shyuu received his Ph.D. from NTU. His is the first Ph.D. to treat the Civil Procedure Law. Prior to full-time teaching, Professor Shyuu was a lawyer, in practice for 14 years, specializing in civil and commercial procedure. He also serves as an Instructor at the Legal Services Center. He has helped draft and amend the Bankruptcy Law, the Enforceable Execution Law, and also the Legal Assistance Law. Presently, he is helping to plan and draft the Family Law. Professor Shyuu’s books are The Expansion of the Force of Legal Execution, Execution of Immovable Property and Procedural Protection and Obligation. He teaches the courses Civil Procedure Law, Enforceable Execution Law and Bankruptcy Law.
