Ching-Ping Shao joined the NTU College of Law as an associate professor in August 2011. He taught at the National Chung Cheng University from 2004 to 2011, and was granted the NCCU Outstanding Young Scholar Award in 2006. He earned his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from NTU, and JSD from School of Law, UC Berkeley. He was a recipient of the Scholarship of Government Sponsorship for Overseas Study by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and Dissertation Fellowships for ROC Students Abroad by Chiang Ching-Kuo Foundation. Before studying abroad, he worked as an associate at Taipei office of Baker & McKenzie. His research interests focus on international business transactions, corporate law and securities regulations. He has co-authored two books and published numerous articles in Taiwan.
