Professor Ming-Hsin Lin received his Bachelor and Master of Laws from NTU, and his Dr. iur. from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich/Germany. Professor Lin has been a full-time assistant professor from 2001 at the Department of Law, National Chung Cheng University. Additionally, he worked for the Taipei City Government as editorial officer of the Law and Regulation Commission from 2000 to 2001. Professor Lin specializes in the fields of constitutional law and administrative law, especially administrative remedy Law such as administrative litigation law and government liability law, and has been teaching these subjects since 2001. His published works include the book Vorläufiger Rechtsschutz im Kommunalverfassungsstreit (2001) and more than forty articles. Beginning in 2006, Professor Lin served as a full-time assistant professor at College of Law, NTU, and since 2016 he has been working as a full-time professor. He also serves on or advises several government committees and agencies.
