Receiving his LL.B. in 1987 in Taiwan from the College of Law, National Chengchi University, Professor Neng-Chun Wang went to Japan in April 1991 to study Labor Law at the University of Tokyo’s graduate school for Law and Politics, from which he received his Master of Laws in 1995 and his Doctor of Laws in 2001. In the area of labor law, he focuses his scholarship on company rules, employment contracts, collective bargaining systems, and dismissal.
Professor Neng-Chun Wang is a member of the Japan Labor Law Association, the Taiwan Law Society, the Taiwan Labor Law Association, and the Taiwan Labor Study Association. Professor Neng-Chun Wang serves on the Legal Affairs Committee of the Council of Labor Affairs and teaches Labor Law, Seminar on Labor Law, and Seminar on Comparative Labor Law at NTU.
