LL.B, National Taiwan University; LL.M, DCL, Georgetown University Law Center, USA. Professor Chien specializes in tort law, property law, competition law and economic analysis of law. He is also a research fellow at the Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica. He published a book “Economic Reasoning and the Law” (2014, 3rd ed.).
