Assistant Professor Chih-Jen Hsueh, LL. B. and LL. M. of National Taiwan University(1998, 2002), Dr. jur of University of Tübingen, Germany(2010), worked as the deputy editor-in-chief at Taiwan Law Journal from 2002 to 2004, at Department of Law National Cheng Kung University from February 2011 to July 2013, and joined the College of Law of National Taiwan University in August, 2013. Chih-Jen Hsueh once received a scholarship award from DAAD(2006-2010). He focuses his research upon Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Punishment Law, and teaches Criminal Code-general Principles, Criminal Procedure Law, Selected Readings of Law Jurisprudence, among other courses.
