Publications AJWH CAA Publications Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy (AJWH) ACWH publish semi-annually the journal, “Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy (AJWH)”. This is the foremost professional English language journal concerning WTO issues in Taiwan, and is the only academic journal concentrating on WTO and international health law and policy issues in Asia. Under the auspices of the ACWH, the AJWH was established as an open forum for Asia. The AJWH intends to publish articles contributed by distinguished scholars in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Singapore, the Philippines and Taiwan. Opinions and comments on contemporary issues are gathered together, thus enhancing academic life in Asia. Prominent scholars also form part of the AJWH by acting as members of the Editorial Committee, including Professor David Fidler, an expert in international health law, Mitsuo Matsushita, former member of the Appellate Body, Ernst-Ulrich Petersmann, the distinguished WTO expert in Europe, and Manickam Supperamaniam, former Malaysian Ambassador to the WTO, whose dedicated contributions to the development of the WTO have been widely recognized by WTO academics and practitioners. The first issue of AJWH is published in March, 2006, and subsequent issues will be released regularly every March and September henceforth.
